2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Only unused, unopened, and undamaged products are eligible for return.
  • Perishable items such as pickles, murabba, honey, and snacks must be returned in their original sealed packaging.
  • If the product is received damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, it qualifies for a return or replacement, regardless of the 7-day period.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially used products.
  • Products beyond the 7-day return period (unless defective/damaged).
  • Items purchased during special promotions may have different return eligibility—please refer to promotion terms.

4. Return Process

  2. Our support team will guide you through the return or replacement process.
  3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging to avoid damage during transit.
  4. Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will initiate the refund or replacement.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the product is received and approved for return.
  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable, except in cases where we delivered a damaged or incorrect product.
  • In the event of partial refunds (e.g., damaged packaging), the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

6. Replacements

  • For defective, damaged, or wrong products, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost.
  • Replacements will be shipped after we receive the returned product or based on photographic evidence if immediate shipment is required.
